I wanna share something I wish someone taught me on my first day of Jiu-jitsu.. How to sweep anyone from any position! I’m convinced it will help you. I often talk to practitioners that keep getting stuck or forced into positions where they don't know how to recover or sweep somebody. Leading to frustration and ending up in the same positions over and over, not being able to apply what you learn in class.
