Thai green chickn curry🤍
One of my new favourite dishes!! I never made a Thai green curry until I was blessed with the pastes from @thaidragonbrand but they’re the easiest things ever and I can’t get enough🌱
I paired the base with some simple veggies and the most amazing and versatile plant based chicken from @deliciou
I have just shared a reel of how I made this fab dish and you can see the process of turning a dry mixture into the most perfect textured vegan chicken🌱
Ingredients:
@deliciou Plant Based Chicken
Carrots
Peppers
Onions
Cauliflower
Coconut milk
Lime juice 1/2 tbsp
Sugar (tsp)
Lemongrass
Thai green curry paste- @thaidragonbrand
Water
Oil
Method:
✨Make vegan chicken patties as per packet instructions. Shape and refrigerate for half an hour before frying
✨Fry until firm and golden then slice to desired shape
✨Fry off onions and carrot batons in coconut oil until onions become translucent
✨Add in peppers and fry off for a couple more minutes
✨Add in curry paste, making sure to coat veggies in it
✨Pour in coconut milk (150ml), with lime juice and sugar
✨Add in chlorella powder (optional) and cauliflower
✨Stir through and let simmer on a gentle boil for 10 minutes until cauliflower is cooked
✨Serve with rice and too with deliciou plant based chicken and chillis
