Not every night wake-up is due to hunger! Here’s how to tell if your baby might be waking out of habit and ready to drop some night feeds:⁠ ⁠ 🌙 Wakes up at the SAME TIME every night, no matter what happened during the day⁠ 💤 Falls asleep quickly while feeding, without finishing the feed⁠ 🍽️ Daytime appetite, especially the first feed, is affected⁠ ⏰ Wakes up and wants to feed every 1-2 hours throughout the night⁠ 🤗 Has trouble falling back asleep after feeding and needs extra comforting⁠ ⁠ 👶💤 Some babies naturally drop night feeds, while others need a little more time.⁠ ⁠ 💡 For longer stretches of sleep, make sure your baby is getting enough full feeds during the day.
